About Jane Gentry

Jane Gentry has had a successful 30-year career as a CEO, Business Consultant, Executive Coach, Sales Manager, and Keynoter. In 1999, Jane formed her practice where she has partnered with her clients to improve growth, profitability, client retention, employee retention and leadership capabilities.

Jane helps entrepreneurs and senior leaders diagnose and solve gaps and weaknesses enabling profitable growth and improving sales velocity. Jane holds a BFA/MFA from Kent State University/ The University of Pittsburgh. She also holds a CPI (Certified Professional Innovator) distinction from GA State University. Earlier in her career she was a professional stage actress. Jane lives in Atlanta, GA.

About Randy Walton

A highly sought after speaker, consultant, and leadership expert, Randy Walton has been challenging the norms of business thought for over 25 years. Randy is a pioneer in developing compelling and profitable market strategies through the use of a unique, core value assessment process. He has extensive experience in corporate strategic planning, operations management, marketing, technology operations, business consulting, and organizational leadership. About Bill Smith

Bill Smith has worked tirelessly throughout his career to build, lead, and support his family business, Royal Cup Coffee & Tea, through multiple generations.  As a former third generation president and CEO, Bill has the practical experience, the leadership skills, and the governance background to help business owners and executives establish sound governance structure, improve internal company alignment, and – most importantly – grow strategically.  He has a particular interest and a priority focus on the long-term success of family and privately held businesses.  Bill is a sought-after speaker on topics including leading through change, strategy and succession planning, and board development.  Bill also is an avid runner and triathlete with an aspiration to build up toward an Ironman competition.  He constantly seeks to challenge himself, friends, partners, and clients to be the best version of themselves.

Bill has a BA from Davidson University and an MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.  He currently serves as a board director for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama as well as for Royal Cup Coffee & Tea.  Bill enjoys active volunteer service work with Habitat for Humanity, the Atlanta Community Food Bank, United Way, and other service organizations that work to empower the local community.
